Refund Policy
At The Matcha Formula, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver the highest quality products and services. Below are the terms for refunds and rescheduling:

• Eligibility: Unopened and unused products in their original packaging are eligible for a refund. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.​
• Non-Refundable Items: Opened or used products are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.

2. Health Coaching sessions​
Rescheduling Policy:​​
• Sessions can be postponed with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled time.

• If notice is not given within this timeframe, the session will be counted as completed and deducted from the package.

• Package validity: coaching packages are valid for a specified duration, as outlined at the time of purchase.
​
• No refunds on coaching packages: Once purchased, coaching packages are non-refundable. Clients are encouraged to utilize all sessions within the validity period.

​3. Wellness Treatments​
• Wellness treatments are non-refundable once completed. Refunds are only issued in cases of errors or inability to deliver the promised service.

4. Damaged or Incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

• Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
